Equipment Warranty Terms:

Shenzhen JiYin Technology Co., Ltd. strictly abide by the "customer first, service first," the lofty corporate purposes, I would like to use“” the majority of customers, equipment from the date of the plant to provide customers with one year free after-sales service And lifetime maintenance.

Specific details are as follows:

一.Delivery, installation

1.After-sales service for the supply side should ensure that the goods delivered to the demand side in a timely and safe manner.

2.Demand-side should provide 1 to 2 staff responsible for contact.

3.Both parties shall check the equipment and equipment according to the contract and the shipping list to check whether the goods are complete and damaged and confirm the delivery order by the demander.

4.The service personnel of the supplier shall, in advance, provide the relevant personnel of the demand side with the specifications of gas, electricity and exhaust gas required for the installation of the equipment so that the purchaser can prepare the gas, electricity and exhaust systems in advance.

5. The Supplier shall provide the Supplier Service personnel with an accurate location for the equipment to be located.

 

 

二.Equipment commissioning

1. Before the commissioning of the equipment, the supplier shall inform the purchaser of the relevant materials required for the commissioning of the machine, such as PCB, LCD, FPC, IC and so on.

2.The purchaser shall provide specific and reasonable technical parameter requirements, such as temperature curve, defect rate, etc., to the supplier's service personnel. So that the supplier service personnel to debug the device when the target clear.

 

 

三.Third, equipment training

1.Training content

① equipment, the actual operation and routine maintenance, maintenance methods.

② process parameter setting, process control.

③ equipment works, electrical principles.

2.Training objectives: the demand side of the technical staff with independent operating equipment and maintenance capabilities.

3.Training and Location: Demand-side factory or supplier factory (both sides consultation).

4.Training time: Equipment installation and commissioning, the demand side organization of the trainees to accept the technical training of the supply side.

 

 

四.Acceptance

The purchaser shall inspect the purchased equipment according to the contract or related technical agreement.

 

Acceptance Criteria:

1. The inspection period agreed by both parties shall be within 10 days of installation and debugging. In the event of any problem, the Supplier shall notify the Supplier in writing of the quantity or quality of the subject matter in the inspection period.

If the demand side fails to give notice in accordance with the contract, the quantity or quality of the subject matter shall be deemed as the standard.

2.Inspection standards and methods: in accordance with the manufacturer's factory production certificate on the provisions of the implementation.

 

 

五.Service

2.Including one year free after-sales service, as well as the machine to the factory after the installation and personnel training.

The following conditions are not covered by the warranty

① he demand side of the incorrect operation, resulting in damage.

② Replace or change the equipment before it is approved by the supplier.

③ Replace the parts with the products of the supplier certified by the supplier.

④ external force, fire, earthquake and other accidents caused by damage.

3.Warranty period, in line with the warranty conditions are provided by the supplier free of charge maintenance.

4.After the warranty service: the supplier can provide after-warranty service, after the warranty period of service charges to a certain service costs plus parts cost components.

5.The supplier will regularly visit the demand side to conduct a tour or telephone access to understand the demand side of the equipment usage.
